Integrated Psychology Solutions (IPS), is looking for a self-starting, experienced, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The core qualities we look for in the ideal candidate include demonstrating high ethical standards, possessing the ability to operate independently, and being passionate about providing the highest quality patient care.
Our position is focused on the therapeutic work as the expectation is that the LCSW will only be doing therapy in a hospital-based setting and as part of a collaborative team; there is no case management or traditional social work. This is truly a unique social work opportunity to apply your therapeutic skills in a hospital-based setting and as part of a collaborative team.
IPS is an Augusta, GA-based healthcare organization that provides behavioral health services to local healthcare facilities including hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Founded in 2019, we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities in the near term and opportunities for growth and leadership within the company.
This position is a FULL-TIME (W2) role (with benefits ). Compensation will be competitive in line with market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective individual and/or group counseling/therapy
- Manage complex behavioral and psychosocial needs to facilitate optimal clinical outcomes
- Management and completion of patient case load in the greater Augusta area
- Record and input detailed patient notes into electronic medical record system while developing or maintaining treatment plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with IPS care team to ensure a comprehensive approach
- Assist in training and supervision of other clinical professionals
Requirements:
- Valid license as Clinical Social Worker with requisite state eligibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Strong propensity to engage with patients and create a restorative care environment
- Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as LCSW
- Certificate of Malpractice
- Credentialing in place with insurance panels is a plus
