About Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS)
Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS) is a growing behavioral healthcare organization headquartered in Augusta, GA, with active outpatient and acute care operations across the country. Founded in 2019, IPS provides mental health services across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, and outpatient clinics — including a rapidly expanding telehealth outpatient practice. We are committed to delivering compassionate, timely, and high-quality care, and we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities and a clear focus on developing future leaders within the organization.
About the Role
IPS is seeking a New Mexico-licensed master's-level therapist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient practice serving New Mexico patients. This is a hybrid role that is telehealth-first — you will primarily deliver care remotely, with optional in-person opportunities available based on your preference and patient need. We offer both part-time and full-time arrangements, with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week depending on your availability. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on the clinical work.
The core qualities we look for include high ethical standards, the ability to operate independently, and a genuine commitment to quality patient care. This is an ideal role for a clinician who wants the autonomy of a private practice with the infrastructure of an established group, and the flexibility to work primarily from home with in-person options if desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy, primarily via telehealth with optional in-person sessions
- Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs)
- Document clearly and concisely in the electronic health record
- Maintain continuity of care and monitor clinical progress over time
- Collaborate with IPS providers and referral partners to coordinate care
- Participate in peer consultation as needed
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico license as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), in good standing
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
- 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a telehealth-first environment
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
